QLR controllers provide 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 24 or 32 independent relay outputs with the 10A 240VAC relay specification. Smaller units fit local equipment boxes; larger units support floor, cinema, exhibition or public-area cabinets. An RS485 master organizes operations, with each circuit identified by cabinet and channel.
QLR4, QLR6, QLR8 and QLR12 include corresponding local input channels and RS485. The published port data for QLR16, QLR24 and QLR32 specifies the RS485 input path. Do not assume 32 outputs also means 32 local inputs. A separate digital input module can provide the required buttons, limits or fault contacts.
Use QLR as the output layer of a PLC, industrial PC, HMI or gateway system through RS485 Modbus RTU. A touch panel provides local scenes, acquisition modules provide contact feedback, and meters add circuit energy data. The supervisory platform handles groups and records. Existing systems can be upgraded cabinet by cabinet.
The published QLR32 port data specifies the RS485 input path. QLR4/6/8/12 have corresponding local inputs. Count field inputs separately from relay outputs.
QLR is intended for RS485 integration. Use a gateway or a controller family with 4G communication when remote cellular access is required.
