Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between an industrial IO module and a relay module?

An industrial IO module is used for field signal acquisition, input and output expansion, device status feedback and system linkage. A relay module mainly switches electrical circuits. When a project needs platform management, remote status, schedules, alarms or centralized maintenance, industrial IO modules and network relay controllers are usually selected together.

How should relay channels be selected for smart lighting projects?

Relay channel count is normally based on lighting circuits, area groups, cabinet layout and future expansion. Cinemas, exhibition halls, parks, street lighting, campuses and hospitals can divide circuits by floor, area, scene or equipment type. Small sites may use 1, 2 or 4 channels, while lighting cabinets may use 8, 12, 16, 24 or 32 channels.

How should ammonia, methane and differential pressure sensors be selected for livestock sites?

Sensor selection starts from the monitoring object and installation area. Ammonia and methane sensors support gas safety and ventilation management, temperature and humidity sensors support environment visibility, and differential pressure sensors help analyze ventilation status. Sensor points can be planned by barn, zone, ventilation area and alarm level.

What is the difference between a three-phase smart meter and a power quality device?

A three-phase smart meter collects basic power data such as voltage, current, power, energy and power factor for energy statistics and circuit metering. A power quality device focuses on harmonics, voltage fluctuation, abnormal disturbance and power quality analysis, which is useful for distribution quality and fault diagnosis projects.

Does the IoT platform support private deployment?

The platform can be configured for device access, grouping, remote control, schedules, alarms, logs, permissions and data viewing. For parks, factories, schools, livestock sites and system integration projects, cloud use, project deployment or private deployment can be selected according to network conditions and management requirements.

Select products by field object, signal type and platform requirement

Product combinations can be planned around control circuits, sensor points, communication conditions and deployment requirements.
