Selection Notes for B2B Projects

Circuit and Load TypePlan the eight outputs by lighting or equipment circuit, then verify resistive, inductive or capacitive inrush characteristics instead of selecting only by the 50A relay rating.
Local Inputs and ModesUse the eight dry-contact inputs for buttons, limit switches or field contacts, and select switch, momentary, toggle, interlock, motor/lift or hidden-channel operation as required.
Communication and SchedulesUse Ethernet, two RS485 ports or CAN for project integration, with 16 schedules, platform access and status feedback for operations.

Integration and Deployment

Circuit ObjectsMap each output to a named lighting, pump, fan, valve, cabinet or equipment circuit and retain a clear control boundary.
Local OperationUse dry-contact inputs, wall panels, schedules or supported local rules for field operation when the selected model provides them.
Network OperationsUse the communication interfaces of the selected model for status, remote control, action records and multi-site management.
Electrical CoordinationCoordinate relay loads, contactors, protection, cabinet wiring and manual override with the electrical design.

Local Sensor Automation for Agriculture

Supported controller hardware and firmware can read Zhenming RS485 environmental sensors, evaluate downloaded upper and lower thresholds on site, and drive the mapped output without a cloud round trip. The platform remains available for rule configuration, state, remote operation and linkage logs.

Selection FAQ

What control projects are suitable for QC8?QC8 is designed for eight high-power lighting or equipment circuits in cinemas, exhibition halls, parks, campuses, hospitals, buildings and control cabinets.
Which communication interfaces are available? The controller provides Ethernet, two RS485 ports and one CAN interface, with TCP, UDP, MQTT and project integration capabilities.
Which output modes are supported?Switch, momentary, toggle, interlock, forward/reverse or lift, and hidden-channel modes are supported. Momentary time can be set from 0 to 6000 seconds.
How should a 50A relay be selected for different loads?Resistive, inductive and capacitive loads have different inrush characteristics. Circuit selection should follow the actual lamp or equipment data, contactor configuration and cabinet design.
