Campus Smart Lighting, Dormitory HVAC and Energy Management

For classrooms, laboratories, dormitories, corridors and public areas, Zhenming relay controllers, environment sensors, touch panels, multi-circuit energy acquisition and IoT platform functions combine timetables, seasonal HVAC policies and local control into one campus logistics model.

Four Core Capabilities

Five-level groupingModel campus, building, floor, room and circuit levels
Teaching and dormitory policiesSeparate timetable lighting, holiday templates and seasonal HVAC operation
Environment dashboardConnect temperature, humidity, CO2, PM2.5, illuminance and sound as required
Multi-dimensional energyCompare energy by building, floor, cabinet, circuit and time

Application Overview

Campus logistics must support classroom lighting, public circulation, dormitory HVAC, indoor environment visibility and energy review. This solution retains authorized local operation while unifying the objects, schedules, sensor data and platform logs.

Classroom lightingEnable selected rooms by timetable and manage teaching, seating, window-side and corridor circuits by group.
Dormitory HVACApply seasonal operating bands and schedules by building, floor and room group while retaining authorized local adjustment.
Environment dashboardCollect temperature, humidity, CO2, PM2.5, illuminance and sound where the project requires them.
Logistics inspectionCheck long-running circuits, offline devices, energy exceptions, HVAC policies and manual-hold states.

Classroom, Dormitory and Environment Views

Organize campus objects by building and room, then connect lighting groups, seasonal HVAC policies and classroom environment data to the same logistics workflow.

PLATFORM AND PRIVATE DEPLOYMENT

Turn field control into a manageable operating process

The Zhenming platform organizes devices by project, building, venue, floor and area. Schedules, scenes, device status, logs and account permissions help operators manage distributed sites and support customer-system integration.

Fire and emergency systems remain independent

Fire, evacuation and emergency lighting remain independent and are not included in ordinary energy strategies. HVAC actions depend on the actual unit interface and selected field equipment.

Customer Value

Building-level managementOperate by campus, building, floor and room.
Traceable local operationKeep records for manual actions and platform strategies.
Environment and energy visibilityReview sensor and circuit data within the same object model.
Phased retrofitUpgrade by building, floor, dormitory group or cabinet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can it connect to an existing timetable system?

Yes. Course, exam, evening-study and holiday data can be converted into platform strategies through available interfaces or data exchange.

Can teachers still control classroom lights?

Yes. Wall switches, digital inputs or ZMLCD touch panels can remain available within the permission and logging model.

How are dormitory HVAC policies grouped?

Seasonal operating bands and schedules can be assigned by campus, building, floor and room group. Field control depends on the actual HVAC interface.

Which classroom environment values can be collected?

Temperature, humidity, CO2, PM2.5, illuminance and sound can be connected according to the selected sensor points.

Must the whole building be upgraded at once?

No. Start from public areas, priority floors, a dormitory building or one cabinet, then expand after validation.
