Application overview
Organize preparation, start, condition maintenance and completion into a traceable material-treatment workflow. The controller evaluates conditions, sensors supply measurements, indicators show progress and the platform retains records.
Functions and integration
Condition-based timing
Timing begins when immersion and temperature conditions are satisfied.
Pause and resume
An abnormal temperature or immersion state pauses timing and raises an alarm; timing resumes when conditions recover.
Field indications
Red indicates unsatisfied conditions, yellow processing, green completion and flashing green standby.
Connected operation
4G/MQTT reports states and records. RS485 and expansion interfaces support project combinations, with optional filling valves and aeration.

Applications and operating workflow
Immersion treatment
Track a material batch through conditions, effective time and completion.
Drying
Use temperature and duration without the immersion sensor.
Multiple farms
Group equipment by farm and treatment room for remote review.

Application design and operating strategy
01
Create a traceable incoming-material process
Incoming tools, crates and supplies require visibility of temperature, immersion and effective treatment time. After the start action, the host continuously reads water temperature and immersion status, beginning effective timing when both conditions are met. Register each station by farm, entrance and process, while the display and three-colour indicator show standby, processing, exception and completion states.

02
Pause timing when process conditions are interrupted
When temperature falls or immersion is interrupted during a cycle, the system alarms and pauses the timer, resuming accumulation after conditions recover. This keeps remaining time aligned with the qualifying process. Place the temperature probe to represent the bath and align immersion detection with the pressure plate. Verify low-temperature, non-immersed, interrupted, resumed and completed sequences against the displayed states.

03
Combine filling, aeration and drying around the process
An optional automatic valve can run configured filling actions and durations while retaining manual operation. Aeration can run for a configured period after treatment starts through a matched execution circuit. Drying uses temperature, effective time and status indication without immersion detection. Keep parameter sets and records distinct between processes so operators can switch tasks and hand over work clearly.

04
Review process records across multiple farms
4G communications bring device status, temperature, immersion, remaining time and records to the platform for farm- and entrance-based review. Process management combines temperature and duration with chemical concentration and material classification; device data provides evidence for process review and traceability. Maintenance covers probe placement, sensor condition, communications and valve operation so records remain consistent with the field.
Selection questions
Does an interrupted cycle restart from the beginning?
The current logic pauses timing and resumes accumulation when conditions recover. Operators address the cause according to the process procedure and retain the cycle record.
Can several farms be monitored together?
Yes. 4G can connect station status and records to the platform, organized by farm, entrance and device for review and maintenance.
What do the process records cover?
Records cover measured temperature, immersion status, timing, exceptions and completion. The overall treatment process also accounts for chemicals, material types and farm biosecurity requirements.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if temperature falls?
Timing pauses with an alarm and resumes when the required condition returns.
Does the record certify disinfection efficacy?
It records process conditions; efficacy depends on the treatment process and its validation.
Are filling and aeration available?
A matching manual/automatic valve and appropriately designed relay circuit can be configured for these functions.
