Current measurement0–40 A
Product overview
Monitor and switch supply circuits in shops, rental properties, charging installations and equipment sites. Local controls and the remote platform provide access to electrical data and switching operations.
Functions and integration
Electrical measurements
View voltage, current, active power, cumulative and daily energy, power factor, frequency and temperature.
Remote and local switching
Control the internal relay from a phone or computer, with local ON/OFF buttons and pulse operation. An external SMA antenna provides 4G connectivity.
Weekly schedules
Store up to 32 tasks with weekday, time and switching actions for recurring operating hours.
Threshold alarms
Configure overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent alarm thresholds and optional automatic relay disconnection.
Local display
The LCD provides live measurements, power data, a current curve and switching events. Three buttons operate ON, OFF and page selection.
Installation and integration
35 mm DIN rail mounting for distribution panels. Contact Zhenming Electronics for circuit selection, platform access and project integration.

Product integration and applications
01
Relate branch measurements to daily operation
Review voltage, current, active power, accumulated and daily energy in one circuit view, with power factor, frequency and temperature adding context. Name store, rental-property or auxiliary-equipment circuits by purpose, then use live data for present demand and energy totals for operating-period review. Remote access complements the local LCD for duty and inspection teams.

02
Combine local display and controls with remote switching
The 35mm DIN rail enclosure fits a single-phase panel arrangement. ON, OFF and page buttons support local work, while 4G and the external antenna connect the remote platform. The LCD shows live readings, power, a current curve and switching events. Use consistent circuit names for handover and allow panel space for the antenna, terminals and maintenance access.

03
Set schedules and thresholds for the circuit purpose
Up to 32 weekly tasks align with opening, lighting or equipment periods, and pulse operation covers short triggers. Overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent use separate alarm and disconnection thresholds, with the configured response selected for the circuit. Recording schedules and thresholds with the circuit purpose helps operators relate actions, events and energy changes.
Selection questions
How do alarm and disconnection thresholds differ?
Alarm thresholds identify out-of-limit conditions. Disconnection thresholds govern the configured automatic opening action. Set them according to the circuit so notification and switching have clear roles.
How should multiple stores or panels organize meters?
Use store, panel and circuit-purpose names and groups. Align field labels, platform devices and operating records so different staff can identify the correct single-phase circuit.
Frequently asked questions
Is site Wi-Fi required?
No. The meter connects over 4G cellular service and requires adequate network coverage.
Can it be operated locally without a network?
Local buttons operate the relay and display pages. Remote functions require an active connection.
Is 40 A the relay load rating?
0–40 A is the stated current measurement range. Relay capacity and load compatibility follow the device nameplate and selected configuration.
Can it disconnect automatically?
Overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent thresholds support configurable automatic relay disconnection.
What documentation is available?
The Chinese manual covers appearance, display pages, wiring, platform operation, alarms and troubleshooting.
